When you register a domain, the WHOIS info associated with it, by rule, becomes immediately accessible to the public eye. In the Domain Manager included in your Control Panel, you will find a WHOIS protection functionality that will help you conceal your private details by substituting them with our own contact information.

The WHOIS protection option is available with most of the TLDs offered on our site: .com, .info, .biz, .net, .org, .co, .co.za, .me, .tv, .pro, .cc and .we.bs.

The Domain Manager is a crucial part of our web hosting Control Panel and offers all the features that you need in order to administer your domains. It features a simple–to–use interface through which you can update DNS settings, edit WHOIS data, lock your domain name or create sub–domain names with only a click.

With the Domain Manager tool you may also order additional services like Whois Privacy Protection and digital certificates.

With our domain name redirection tool, you will be able to point a domain or a sub–domain in your account to any web site that you want. This tool sports a simple–to–use interface, which enables you to redirect the (sub)domains of your choosing with only a couple of mouse clicks. Hence, you won’t need to cope with complex modifications to the .htaccess file.

To redirect a domain, just define the destination path it should follow and our smart tool will carry out everything else for you and will momentarily point the domain to the preferred location.

With the Registrar Lock feature turned on, you can be sure that your domain name is defended against online theft. Anyone who initiates an unapproved domain name transfer will be automatically blocked and the domain name transfer request – rejected.

In case, at a given point, you decide to transfer your domain name to some other registrar, you will be able to unlock it with just one click. You’ll find the locking/unlocking option in the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel.

When registering a domain, you must give relevant WHOIS information and also to keep it up to date at all times. If you need to update your e–mail or postal address, or in case you have to transfer the domain name to someone else, you can do that through the Domain Manager.

Just press the Edit WHOIS button beside the domain in question and then update the respective registrant, admin and technical contact information. After you click the Update button, the changes will be momentarily reflected live.

With the Wildcard functionality included in the Domain Manager, you can make all the hosts that you’ve got under a certain domain name load the home page of your website.

This functionality can be pretty useful if you want to run a multisite application on your website, or when you want a certain sub–domain to point to the main page of your site.

You will be able to add a wildcard domain name with one click of the mouse through the Control Panel–integrated Domain Manager interface. Simply click the Add Host button located on the right and you will notice the Wildcard option at the bottom of the dialogue box.
