A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are plenty of factors, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to migrate your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not very large).

A: We don’t require any sensitive data. We’ll require, though, the login info for your current hosting account and the name of the website that you want to transfer.

A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. When we are done with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will need to do is edit the NS records for your domain name. Your website will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
